Dale Scott

Founder | Certified Virtue Coach

Dale J Scott is the founder and CEO of The Virtue Institute. He is deeply committed to the idea that there is a life and personal character available to each person that significantly changes the landscape of life in every area. Having been born and raised in Denver, Dale was educated in Denver Public Schools. He attended both University of Colorado at Boulder and Colorado Christian University. He resides in Denver with his wife, Mayra, of 17 years, and 4 awesome teenage children in Aurora Colorado. He serves as the Co Founder and Senior Pastor of Deep Well Church has completed numerous classes and certifications in biblical studies, biblical counseling, life coaching, and various psychological areas of study. While a Pastor and Virtue Coach by trade, Dale enjoys aquariums, Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, and CrossFit-Esque workouts with friends.

Alexandra Slawson

Director of Operations

Alexandra joined The Virtue Institute as Director of Operations in May of 2023 after getting her degree in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and working as a satellite engineer for almost two years. Alex felt called to use her organizational and critical thinking skills to help The Virtue Institute grow and develop structure to be able to serve the community and build people’s lives. In her free time, Alex enjoys CrossFit, engaging with her home church community, and traveling.

Becca Dickerson

Becca Dickerson, married for two decades, adeptly manages a bustling household with four children. Passionate about music, art, and continual growth, she pursued certification as a life coach driven by her personal triumphs over challenges. Her mission is to extend healing and triumph to others. Specializing in aiding mothers to overcome hurdles in marriage, parenting, spirituality, and chronic health concerns, Becca amalgamates diverse resources to suit each client's needs. Her ultimate aspiration is to guide individuals towards embracing their intrinsic worth and radiating it across all facets of life.

Logan Wilson

Logan Wilson is married to his bride Brenna and lives in Colorado with their two children. He is an author, a certified Life Coach and founder of School of Honor. Logan has presented across the United States for Family Research Council, Christian schools, churches, camps and radio and has been featured in the international “Power for Living” magazine for Cook Communications. He loves to inspire young men to passionately pursue God through their masculine design.
