The FRSCH Model

First thing First

Firstly, we guide individuals in addressing personal aspects such as self-intimacy, trauma healing, overcoming powerlessness, addiction recovery, and spiritual well-being. Secondly, we explore solutions for holistic healing for dealing with trauma and proven addiction recovery by incorporating practices such as following a Bible-based diet, engaging in a supportive Christian community, and deepening one's connection with God through prayer.

Relationships

The next stage of our coaching process focuses on relationships. We help individuals evaluate and improve various aspects of their relationships, including romantic partnerships, friendships, mentorship dynamics, family connections, and parenting skills. By providing guidance and support in these areas, we empower our clients to cultivate healthier, more fulfilling relationships that contribute to their overall well-being and personal growth.

Stewardships

In the subsequent stage of our coaching process, we delve into the concept of stewardship. We encourage individuals to consider their financial resources and develop a comprehensive understanding of their financial situation, including managing debt effectively. Additionally, we explore the principles of heart (generosity) and hands (structure), guiding our clients to cultivate a balanced approach towards their finances. By fostering wise financial practices, embracing generosity, and implementing a structured approach, we empower individuals to become good stewards of their financial resources, leading to greater financial stability and a sense of abundance.

Career

Moving on to the next stage of our coaching journey, we focus on career development. At The Virtue Institute, we strive to help individuals find fulfillment and purpose in their professional lives. Through our coaching programs, we emphasize the values of diligence, purpose, and setting meaningful goals. We assist our clients in exploring career options, honing their skills, and aligning their work with their passions and values. By embracing these principles, individuals can experience the glory of their work and achieve a sense of fulfillment and success in their careers.

Health

In the final stage of our coaching process, we prioritize the aspect of health. We emphasize the importance of honoring and caring for this sacred gift of our bodies. Our coaching programs encompass two essential elements: diet and fitness. We guide individuals in making conscious choices about their nutrition, adopting a balanced and nourishing diet that supports their overall well-being. Additionally, we encourage the integration of fitness activities into daily routines, promoting physical vitality and strength. By nurturing our bodies through mindful choices and regular exercise, we demonstrate gratitude for the gift of life and enhance our capacity for a fulfilling and purposeful existence.
